Tessa is completed her BmedSci (Hons) and associated research at the University of Oxford in bioethics. She was under the supervision of Dr Brian Earp and Dr Julian Koplin and focused her project on the use of artificial intelligence in substituted decision making. Prior to this year, Tessa completed her fourth year of the five-year Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University in Australia.
